Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns

Changed your mind? We will happily issue full refund within 30 days from the shipping date (excluding shipping charges).

  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in the return package.
  • Refund will be issued to original form of payment.
  • Sale items are a final sale, and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only cost of garments purchased. Any costs to return items will be at the expense of customer.
  • We recommend keeping a record of proof of shipping as Millie and Moose will not be responsible for any lost in transit items coming back to our warehouse.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact our customer service department at info@millieandmoose.com to obtain an RMA (return Authorization number & Form) to be placed in box, and number written on outside of box.  Any orders returned with out an RMA will be refused.   

Step 2: All returned merchandise MUST be in resaleable condition with original tags and no signs of wear.  If return is received with obvious signs of wear it will be refused.

Step 3: A copy of original order MUST be inside return along with RMA form. RMA number must be written on outside of box.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, you will need to place a new order. Please follow the steps for a return on the items you no longer need.

Warranty 

Millie and Moose products have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against all defective workmanship and/or materials. Please send us a picture of the defect along with the original invoice to be reviewed. This is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear and does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident or modification.
